Patient Access Specialist Part -Time 3rd Shift (every other Friday and Saturday and 1 day a week)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with daily patient needs such as medication administration, feeding, and hygiene.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and plan of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Interest in long-term care or home health nursing.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
