Patient Access Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical records, claims, EOBs, and billing documents
- Handle mail, document tracking, and administrative tasks
- Work with patient data, records, and billing systems
- Support hospital billing and patient service requests
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, admin, or healthcare
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma
Nice to Have
- Experience with EPIC or healthcare systems
- Exposure to medical records or claims processing
About the role
The role is based in Lebanon, NH and works Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM. The position is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Pay and Benefits
