General Receptionist Duties

• Greet patients
• Answer telephones
• Schedule patients

Administrative and Nursing Duties

• Scan patient documents
• Type correspondence, reports, memos, forms
• Transcription of medical notes

Office Support

• Prepare cash receipts for transport to CBO
• Sort and distribute mail
• Process forms sent to the clinic

Customer Service and Professionalism

• Maintain current and accurate demographics information on all patient guarantors
• Maintain equipment and supplies needed for job duties
• Adhere to Corporate Policies, JCAHO, Rural Health, Departmental Policies and Procedures, and Personnel Employee Handbook
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service, professionalism, and accountability

Teamwork and Collaboration

• Foster an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
• Fill in during coworkers' absence
• Complete full range of duties when covering other personnel
• Cover other areas as needed
