Greetings and Welcoming
Greets and welcomes patients and families in person or on the telephone.
Scheduling Appointments
Optimizes the patients’ experience and clinic efficiency time by scheduling appointments appropriately, either by phone or in person.
Account Management
- Obtains, records, and updates personal and financial information accurately and effectively.
- Collects Co-pays and prior patient balances.
Confidentiality and Rights Protection
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Customer Service and Ancillary Scheduling
- Interacts with medical professionals and other care team members from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Manages message distribution, ancillary scheduling, and referrals.
Hours of Operation
- Rotating shifts based on clinic needs.
- Specialty Clinics: 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday- Friday
- After Hours Care: 3:00PM- 10:00PM Monday- Friday
- 11:30AM- 7:00PM Weekends and Holidays
Education and Experience
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 1 year of work experience
