Work Shift
Rotating schedule consisting of three shifts that change weekly, with a requirement to work every third weekend.
Example Rotation
- Week 1: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Week 2: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
- Week 3: Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., plus Saturday and Sunday
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1 year of customer service experience
Qualifications
- Ability to interpret and apply financial procedures and regulations (preferred)
- Previous experience with hospital information systems or word processing (preferred)
