Patient Access Representative - ECC
About the role
The ECC Patient Access Representative is the first line of quality service to our patients and our guests. This position serves as the ambassador of service, setting the standard by which all other departments and services are judged.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing the highest level of customer service
- Timely and accurate registrations
- Complete benefit verifications
- Patient education regarding benefits
- Appropriate authorizations for services
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered
- Previous business office related experience of 1 to 5 years

- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- Typing of 35 wpm
