About the role

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to support front‑desk operations at MedCura Health. This role requires strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients from the time they arrive through the completion of their visit.

Responsibilities

  • Supports front‑desk operations by supporting patients and visitors upon arrival and providing clear direction as needed.
  • Registers patients and verifies information including insurance details and required documentation.
  • Schedules appointments and manages patient flow to help maintain timely operations.
  • Answers incoming calls, addresses general inquiries, and provides information about available services.
  • Processes patient payments and issues receipts for completed transactions.
  • Maintains accurate records in the EHR system in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Ensures compliance with privacy and security requirements including HIPAA and related regulations.

Qualifications
