About the role
We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to support front‑desk operations at MedCura Health. This role requires strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients from the time they arrive through the completion of their visit.
Responsibilities
- Supports front‑desk operations by supporting patients and visitors upon arrival and providing clear direction as needed.
- Registers patients and verifies information including insurance details and required documentation.
- Schedules appointments and manages patient flow to help maintain timely operations.
- Answers incoming calls, addresses general inquiries, and provides information about available services.
- Processes patient payments and issues receipts for completed transactions.
- Maintains accurate records in the EHR system in accordance with organizational standards.
- Ensures compliance with privacy and security requirements including HIPAA and related regulations.

Qualifications
