About the role
Be the first friendly face patients see when they arrive for care. As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll help create a seamless, positive patient experience by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front‑desk support.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and register patients
- Verify insurance and collect co‑payments
- Schedule appointments and procedures
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
Requirements
- Customer service and clerical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work with technology systems
- Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
