Patient Access Representative

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (CCP) is a professional medical organization committed to the healing mission of Medicine and is part of a national cardiology platform, Cardiovascular Logistics (CVL). Together, we share the same mission to provide patients with the highest quality cardiovascular care available. CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region.

This is a full-time position at our Paoli, PA, location. A $500 sign-on bonus is available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients leave the office
• Review instructions for studies scheduled with patients
• Enter charges as the patient is leaving, as well as during downtime
• Call patients to confirm appointments
• Receive, greet, and direct patients
• Verify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at time of check-in
• Collect co-pays
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have experience in a medical office setting
• Must have knowledge of different insurance
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Experience with an EMR system is a plus
• Must be well-spoken, friendly, and outgoing
