Location: Schaumburg, Illinois – Ascension Outpatient Center, Patient Registration

Schedule: Rotating Shift, Full-time
Pay: $19.22 - $26.01 per hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling for prescribed procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficient use of time and clinical resources
• Perform front-desk and registration duties, including collecting and entering demographic, insurance, and clinical information into appropriate systems
• Resolve scheduling and procedural issues by identifying appropriate resources and maintaining clear communication with patients, participants, and staff
• Support pre-service processes by coordinating insurance authorizations and providing patients with clear instructions and guidance

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable
