Patient Access Rep-Rehab

About the role

Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

Schedule

• Per Diem
• Day shift; 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Location: Outpatient Rehab Hanover St. - Fall River, MA

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required
• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience
• Duties require knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient keyboarding skills are essential. Computer experience a must
• Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask throughout the business day
• Exceptional customer service skills are required
• Over three years of related medical office work experience is required
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay

• Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience
• Pay Range USD $17.86 - USD $28.76 /Hr.
