Patient Access Registrar / Registration / FT 7p-7a

About the role

This position is responsible for all registration activities, including:

• Gathering and processing patient demographic and financial information
• Identifying payment sources
• Computing and collecting patient responsibilities
• Completing required consent forms and any other required paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service to all patients, peers, medical center staff, and community providers

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in customer service

Given experience and on-the-job training, the incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
