Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) leadership position. The Patient Access Center supports clinic operations from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and occasional Saturday coverage may be required.
Responsibilities
- Ensures financial counseling functions are conducted according to policy and are helpful to all patients fairly.
- Oversees quality assurance measures.
- Completes all assigned reports and projects by the specified date.
- Manages overall ED Registration operations.
- Trains all new staff members.
- Ensures all customer service functions are conducted appropriately.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree [Required]
- 5+ years patient access management/supervisor experience [Preferred]
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [Preferred]
Skills
- Must be able to communicate professionally [Required]
- Must be able to use all Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook [Required]
- Total Quality Management [Preferred]
- Quality Assurance [Preferred]
Pay
$68,286.00 - $127,008.00
Location
Remote position with travel required between markets and clinic locations as needed. Primary address: 11838 Medpark Dr, Burleson, Texas 76028.
