Qualifications

• Responsible for the scheduling and registration functions for Wentworth Douglass Health Systems (WDHS).
• Specializes in providing exceptional customer service.
• Creates new patient medical records.
• Verifies insurance eligibility.
• Collaborates with internal and external customers to manage patient scheduling, registration, billing, and overall financial success.
• Maintains a focus on customer service and patient confidentiality.
• Manages both in and outbound calls.
• Schedules and registers patients for services using enterprise-wide computer-based systems.
• Must be able to hold in-depth financial conversations with patients for cost transparency and improving financial success of the organization.
