Responsibilities
- Lead the team providing administrative support for Medical and Health & Performance departments
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ability to lead through example
- Manage confidential medical records and ensure compliance
- Cook up and adjust appointments for providers and guests
- Handle guest check-in, billing, paperwork, and Medicare requirements
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- PREFERRED: Experience with Electronic Health Records Systems
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations
- Possess a working knowledge of medical office operations
- Know office & administrative protocols
- Demonstrate an understanding of the philosophy of Canyon Ranch and its practical application
