About the role
DMC Primary Care seeks a professional, friendly and dependable person to join their fast-paced Patient Access Center.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments
- Answer questions from patients
- Direct patients to clinical and other DMC team members as needed
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- High quality customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting
- Medical experience preferred

Schedule
Full time, 40 hours per week. Hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with flexibility for the right candidate.
