Patient Access Associate Specialist - Full Time
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key info:
- Company: Ensemble (leading provider of tech-enabled revenue cycle management solutions). Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: description of role: "We are searching for the next Patient Access Specialist champion. This role is responsible for performing admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital..." etc. Also earlier description of company mission etc. Could be "About the role" includes role description.
- Responsibilities: list of duties under "Job Responsibilities:" bullet list.
- Requirements: maybe "Experience We Love:" and "Minimum Education:" and "Required Certifications:" etc. Also "Must be inquisitive..." etc.
- Qualifications: maybe similar to Requirements. But we can combine.
- Skills: maybe not explicit; could infer from responsibilities but better not to invent. If no explicit skills list, we should not create Skills section.
- Benefits: there is a section "Associate Benefits – We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial health of you and your family, including healthcare, time off, retirement, and well-being programs." Also earlier "The Opportunity: ENTRY LEVEL CAREER OPPORTUNITY OFFERING: Bonus Incentives Paid Certifications Tuition Reimbursement Comprehensive Benefits Career Advancement". So we have benefits info.
- Pay: "This position pays between $17.00 - $18.15/Hour based on experience". Also "Compensation decisions consider many job-related factors..." but we can include pay range.
- Schedule: "This position is an onsite role, and candidates must be able to work on-site at HSHS - St. Clare Hospital in Oconto Falls, WI. *** Available Shifts: Full Time - Day Shift, every other weekend and on call rotation". So schedule info.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like:
- About Ensemble: leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups. They offer end-to-end revenue cycle solutions as well as a comprehensive suite of point solutions to clients across the country. Ensemble keeps communities healthy by keeping hospitals healthy. We recognize that healthcare requires a human touch, and we believe that every touch should be meaningful. This is why our people are the most important part of who we are. By empowering them to challenge the status quo, we know they will be the difference! O.N.E Purpose: Customer Obsession: Consistently provide exceptional experiences for our clients, patients, and colleagues by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Embracing New Ideas: Continuously innovate by embracing emerging technology and fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation. Striving for Excellence: Execute at a high level by demonstrating our “Best in KLAS” Ensemble Difference Principles and consistently delivering outstanding results.
That's substantive about company mission and values. Could go under "About the role" or maybe a separate "About Ensemble". But headings limited to given list; we can put under "About the role". That heading can include both role and company overview.
- The Opportunity: ENTRY LEVEL CAREER OPPORTUNITY OFFERING: Bonus Incentives Paid Certifications Tuition Reimbursement Comprehensive Benefits Career Advancement. This is like benefits/opportunities. Could be part of Benefits section.
- Pay: $17.00 - $18.15/Hour based on experience.
- Schedule: onsite at HSHS - St. Clare Hospital in Oconto Falls, WI. Full Time - Day Shift, every other weekend and on call rotation.
- Responsibilities: list as given.
- Experience We Love: 1+ years of customer service experience; Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED Required
- Required Certifications: HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
- Also there is "#INDMP" maybe a tag; ignore.
- Also there is list of awards: "Join An Award-winning Company Five-time winner of “Best in KLAS” 2020-2022, 2024-2025 Black Book Research's Top Revenue Cycle Management Outsourcing Solution 2021-2024 22 Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) MAP Awards for High Performance in Revenue Cycle 2019-2024 Leader in Everest Group's RCM Operations PEAK Matrix Assessment 2024 Clarivate Healthcare Business Insights (HBI) Revenue Cycle Awards for strong performance 2020, 2022-2023 Energage Top Workplaces USA 2022-2024 Fortune Media Best Workplaces in Healthcare 2024 Monster Top Workplace for Remote Work 2024 Great Place to Work certified 2023-2024". This is substantive about company accolades; could be included under About the role or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for awards. Could include under About the role as part of company description.
We must not invent sections like Skills if not present. Could we infer skills from responsibilities? Better not to create Skills section unless explicit. The posting does not have a explicit "Skills" bullet list. So we omit Skills section.
We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", etc. We have actual pay range.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
