Pathway to Registered Behavior Technician (In Home and Clinic)

About the role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll build meaningful connections with children and help them develop life-changing skills every single day. RBTs are certified and trained professionals who provide one-on-one support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—an evidence-based approach that helps children improve communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement and structured teaching.

Responsibilities

• Attend Home-Based sessions (conduct therapy in the child’s home)
• Work in our clinic located in Mililani
• Receive paid training and RBT credentialing
• Contribute to the growth and development of children with autism
• Participate in a collaborative environment

Requirements

• Have at least a high school diploma or GED
• Pass background screening
• Be at least 18 years old
• Attend 4-5 weeks of training in our Mililani clinic to obtain the RBT Certification
• Be able to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

• Professional experience with kids is preferred

Pay

• $20.00 per hour in clinic
• $24.00 per hour in Home-Based sessions

Schedule

• We operate services Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:30pm
