About the role

A pathologist specializing in anatomic and clinical pathology (AP/CP) responsible for routine sign-out of pathology cases and involvement in general clinical laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Routine sign-out of pathology cases, including general surgical pathology, frozen sections, non-gyn cytopathology, and bone marrow examinations (in collaboration with a hematopathologist).
• Involvement in general clinical laboratory operations.

Requirements

• Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology or Canadian equivalent.
• Experience in general surgical pathology is essential.
• Clinical pathology consultative skills are required.
• Hematopathology experience preferred.
