Pathology Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pathologist in the gross room and autopsies
• Assisting at frozen sections
• Assisting at fine needle aspiration biopsies
• Stocking and delivery of supplies
• Transport specimens and slides
• Filing
• Answer telephone
• Handle hazardous materials
• Accurately label and number the cases

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year hospital histology laboratory experience required

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $16.75 to $24.26.
