About the role
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. You will work remotely and manage your own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
- Document and troubleshoot issues using our internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common software and hardware issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (not required)
- Experience with customer relationship management tools
- Knowledge of industry-standard IT tools and technologies
