Ideal Candidate Profile

• JD from an accredited law school
• Minimum 3 years of experience in patent-related transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Licensed (or eligible for admission) in North Carolina preferred
• Experience working directly with clients on IP matters
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
