Responsibilities

• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
• U.S. and foreign patent office practice
• Providing opinion work
• Conducting due diligence
• Supporting licensing activities
• Assisting with litigation support
• Client counseling on a variety of life sciences‑focused projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience working with life sciences clients
• Excellent academic credentials
• Advanced degree in biology, chemistry, or a biotechnical discipline
• Admission to the USPTO

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 to $225,000
