The offices of McGuireWoods seek a Junior or Mid-Level Associate for the Patent Litigation Team.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, sophisticated patent litigation solutions — whether offensively or defensively in competitor v. competitor matters, or in the defense of lawsuits brought by non-practicing entities — that help our clients navigate these complex cases successfully and cost-effectively.
- Represent clients from virtually every sector of the global economy, including telecommunications providers, computer software and hardware providers, financial institutions, and manufacturers.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have 2 - 7 years patent litigation experience.
- Candidate must have Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering degree.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
