About the role
We are seeking a Patent Agent to join our Intellectual Property group.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
- Conducting patent landscape and freedom-to-operate analyses
- Performing IP due diligence
- Collaborating with a high-performing, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Degree in electrical, mechanical, or biomedical engineering with a strong background in computer science/software
- Two or more years of experience and strong academic credentials preferred
- Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or ability to become registered
