Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and measure ingredients for various pastries and desserts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support the Pastry Team: Assist pastry chefs in the creation of desserts for events and our coffee shop offerings.
- Maintain quality control by monitoring the freshness and quality of ingredients to maintain high culinary standards.
- Adhere to proper food storage, labeling, and health regulations for a safe kitchen environment.
- Participate in daily operations, helping to maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and readiness for efficient service.
