Responsibilities

• Aids the Pastry Sous Chef and Cook in ensuring high-quality and portion-controlled food preparation and presentation.
• Works flexibly across all kitchen areas to support the team.
• Promotes positive customer relations and handles guest complaints.
• Assists other line employees with their daily tasks.
• Prepares production according to established standards set by the Restaurant Chef.
• Maintains proper labeling, storage conditions, and inventory control.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
