Pastry Cook III

About the role

We’re currently in search of a fast-learning, creative Pastry Cook to support our Pastry Team in all relevant tasks, from preparation to production to presentation. You’ll be training under some highly-regarded chefs in the food world.

Responsibilities

• Execute delectable treats made with an artistic hand, love, and inspired by nature including fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Support the Pastry Team in all tasks related to preparation, production, and presentation

Requirements

• Passionate about food and previous similar work experience
• Basic knowledge of culinary operations
• Team player, hard worker, and detail-oriented
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
