Pastry Cook - Centurion® New York

Responsibilities

• Have a full knowledge of the pastry menu as well as general pastry techniques.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Be responsible for the production and organization of the pastry station.
• Include the production of desserts, rotation and usage of the products and produce.
• Show professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
• Work both in production and service roles.

Requirements

• Full / Open availability - daytime hours, evening hours and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience is required.
• Fine dining restaurant experience is a plus.
