  Responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  Assists the Executive Chef in menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.

• Bartender (Harry’s Savoy Grill)

  Provides excellent customer service, mixes drinks, and maintains bar cleanliness.

• Server

  Greets customers, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and maintains a clean dining area.

• Banquet Server

  Assists with event setup, serves guests during events, and cleans up after events.

• Line Cook

  Prepares meals according to recipes, follows food safety guidelines, and assists other cooks.

• Prep Cook/Production Lead

  Prepares ingredients, organizes kitchen tasks, and ensures timely production of meals.
