About the role
The pastor will lead worship services, preach sermons, conduct baptisms, weddings, and funerals, and oversee the church's educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly worship services
- Preach sermons based on the KJV Bible
- Celebrate sacraments including baptism and marriage
- Oversee church education programs
- Manage church finances to maintain debt-free status
- Oversee maintenance and use of church facilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of pastoral experience
- Strong understanding of the KJV Bible
- Ability to manage church finances
- Experience leading educational programs
- Knowledgeable about church facilities and maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Ordained minister or equivalent credentials
