About the role

Victory Baptist Church in Thorp, Wisconsin is seeking a pastor.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship services using traditional music and the KJV Bible.
• Minister to the congregation and community, including pastoral care and counseling.
• Develop and implement a vision for church growth and ministry initiatives.
• Teach Sunday school classes and lead small groups.
• Oversee the church's budget and financial management.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to the teachings of the KJV Bible and traditional Christian doctrine.
• At least 2 years of pastoral experience.
• Experience leading worship services and teaching Sunday school.
• Ability to minister effectively in a rural setting with limited resources.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with members and the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theology or related field.
• Master's degree in Theology preferred.
• Ordained or licensed to preach in a recognized denomination.
• Experience with church administration and management.

Skills

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a budget and handle financial responsibilities.
• Experience with technology and social media for church outreach.
