Responsibilities
- Lead weekly worship services
- Preach and teach sermons based on the KJV Bible
- Disciple members and lead small groups
- Oversee pastoral care and counseling
- Develop and implement a vision for church growth
Requirements
- At least 5 years of pastoral experience
- Experience leading a church similar in size and style
- Strong understanding of the KJV Bible
- Ability to lead and disciple members effectively
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Theology or related field
- Master's degree in Theology preferred
- Ordained or licensed to preach
