About the role

The successful candidate will lead the congregation in worship, discipleship, and mission. They will also be responsible for overseeing church operations and community outreach programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly worship services and other church events
• Develop and implement discipleship programs for all ages
• Maintain and grow relationships with the congregation and community partners
• Oversee church finances and facilities management
• Collaborate with other church staff to support the overall vision and mission

Requirements

• A strong Christian faith and commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ
• At least 5 years of pastoral experience
• A bachelor's degree in theology or related field
• Experience in church administration and community engagement
