Pastor

O’Brien Baptist Church is a congregation of approximately 75 members located in O’Brien, Florida. We have a strong children and youth program on Sunday nights and are actively involved in multiple community outreach activities.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time pastor who is called to pastoral ministry, with a heart for preaching, teaching, and building multigenerational relationships within our church and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide biblical preaching and teaching
• Lead and shepherd the congregation with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Engage with families and foster multigenerational relationships
• Oversee and support our children and youth programs
• Participate in and lead community outreach activities

Qualifications

• A calling to pastoral ministry
• Strong biblical knowledge and preaching ability
• Experience working with families
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Formal theological training preferred
