The Critchfield Christian & Missionary Alliance Church is seeking a shepherd to lead a multi-generational congregation to its next season of growth. Responsibilities

• Shepherd a multigenerational congregation
• Develop leaders and disciples within and outside the congregation
• Possess basic skills in audio-visual technology and various forms of social media
• Develop and grow ministries for young couples and young families
• Develop and grow ministries that impact the local community - leading us to serve and invest beyond our four walls

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Christian & Missionary Alliance
• Must meet the criteria in the Critchfield C&MA ministry description for a senior pastor

Qualifications

• Basic skills in audio-visual technology and various forms of social media
• Experience developing and growing ministries for young couples and young families
• Experience developing and growing ministries that impact the local community
