Passenger Service Agent (Bilingual English/Spanish) MCO

Duties

• Service customers by performing meet and greets, check-in, aircraft boarding and deplaning, ticketing, baggage service, making boarding, deplaning and public announcements
• Provide connecting flight information and direction assistance
• Handle unruly, upset, or angry passengers

Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)

• Meet and greet passengers
• Perform ticketing, gate and jet bridge functions
• Ensure all QAS and customer safety standards are met and maintained
• Ensure flights operate on time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 18 years old
• Must obtain a US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seal
• Maintain confidentiality of all information
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Impeccable attention to detail and organization
