Passenger Car Delivery Drivers

We provide the fuel, training, and the vehicles. No special license or training is needed—just a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and your time. This local driving role is perfect for veterans, college students, seniors, retirees, or anyone looking for a long‑term, part‑time position driving passenger vehicles to and from auto auctions, dealerships, and storage lots.

Responsibilities

• Drive passenger vehicles to and from auto auctions, nearby dealerships, or storage lots.
• Ride in a company shuttle van with other drivers to and from pickup and drop‑off locations.
• Follow other vehicles or a chase van in front of you.
• Follow safe driving procedures at all times.
• Scan vehicles with a smartphone.
• Perform a walk‑around visual inspection for damage before driving each vehicle.
• Work as part of a team to provide efficient and safe pickup and delivery of vehicles.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age.
• Good driving record for a minimum of 3 years (successful MVR).
• Pass background and drug test.
• Ability to get in and out of vehicles repeatedly during the day.
• Clear near and far vision, adequate peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to perceive traffic signals and sounds.
• Smartphone for scanning vehicles.
• Marijuana use or impairment prohibited while driving or on assignment, regardless of legality or medical authorization.

Pay

$17.60 per hour.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm. Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time for check‑in and security procedures.

Location

Roadrunner Services at the Manheim Auto Auction, 20401 Cox Ave, Matteson, IL 60443 (no walk‑ins; initial interviews by phone, in‑person interviews by appointment only).

Employment Type
