PAS - Microsoft 365 AI Solution Architect- Consulting Manager- Multiple Locations
About the role
EY advises clients to understand, architect, select and implement bleeding edge solutions required to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on cloud and digital workplace transformation. These consulting services include technical architecture and strategy, solution and service offering design and implementation, and technical advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.
- Collaborate with various EY groups with digital capabilities to sell and deliver digital workplace transformation engagements.
- Design, customize and optimize digital workplace solutions, particularly with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Agent 365, and Copilot Studio.
- Provide broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms.
- Team with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances.
- Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and with clients and business partners.
- Interact and communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional technical consulting experience designing and implementing service offerings leveraging the Microsoft stack including some or all of: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and building agents with Copilot Studio and Visual Studio.
- A deep understanding of agile software development.
- Experience with large enterprise clients to implement complex projects for some or all of: Deep understanding and experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, Experience with industry LLMs, RAG architectures, Copilot extensibility, and protocols like MCP and A2A.
- Solution development with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- M365 Copilot technical deployment and Copilot Control System configuration and testing.
- Responsible AI via AI Risk Frameworks like: ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, OWASP LLM Top 10.
Skills and Attributes
- Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and implementation of client's project lifecycle.
- Leading team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital technology consulting arena.
- Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms.
- Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances.
- Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and with clients and business partners.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $231,100.
The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $151,200 to $262,600.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
