Party Host - Cast Member

Responsibilities

• Prepare the party area by setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child has a blast.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and fellow team members.
• Participate in cross-training to gain experience in various positions within the restaurant.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 15 years old
• Excellent customer service skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
• Knowledge of health and sanitation standards
• Understanding of operational procedures to ensure guest and employee safety

Pay

$18.57 - $19.57 hourly, with potential commission based on sales performance.

Schedule
