Party Host

General Summary

Party Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our party customers. They lead fun activities for children while parents enjoy the party. Key responsibilities include greeting parties, assisting with waivers, explaining rules, accompanying children during activities, serving food and beverages, managing party gifts, and resolving issues to ensure a great experience.

Qualifications

• Problem Anticipation/ Deductive Reasoning: Ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
• Written Comprehension and Expression: Ability to read, understand, and communicate information effectively.
• Oral Comprehension and Expression: Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Computer Skills: Ability to use software like Word, Excel, and other required by TBCC and regulatory agencies.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly.
• Physical Requirements: Sitting and standing as needed, dealing with various forms of communication such as in person, phone, and email.
