Party Host

General Summary

Party Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our party customers. They lead fun activities for children while parents enjoy the party. This position is based out of our Arena Sports, Redmond location.

About the Role

This position requires a team player who is enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate clearly and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet parties and assist with waiver completion
• Explain rules and policies
• Accompany children during pre-arranged activities
• Serve food, beverages, and cake
• Manage party gifts and belongings
• Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Problem Anticipation/Deductive Reasoning
• Written and Oral Comprehension and Expression
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel)
• Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Must Communicate Clearly
• Must Work Weekends
• Food Handler's Permit Required
