Party Host

General Summary

Party Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our party customers. They lead fun activities for children while parents enjoy the party. Key responsibilities include greeting parties, assisting with waivers, explaining rules, accompanying children during activities, serving food and drinks, managing party gifts, and resolving issues to ensure a great experience.

Qualifications

• Problem Anticipation/ Deductive Reasoning: Ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
• Written and Oral Comprehension and Expression: Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in using software like Word, Excel, and other tools required by TBCC and regulatory agencies.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and adapt to frequent changes in environment.

Pay

Estimated Base Pay Range: $17.66 - $20.66 / hour
