About the role

Responsible for hosting and managing parties at Altitude Trampoline Park. Manage party bookings, ensure safety protocols are followed, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage party bookings and schedules
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during parties
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and parents
• Coordinate with staff to prepare and maintain trampoline areas
• Handle administrative tasks related to parties

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in customer service or event management is a plus
• Physical stamina for standing and moving around

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid certification (optional but preferred)
