Party and Event Host

Event Coordination

• Coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and other craft classes.
• Create and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc.
• Facilitate and instruct party participants in craft projects.
• Perform face painting and other activities.
• Communicate with clients about events.
• Adjust plans and events based on client feedback.
• Create and execute backup or emergency plans.

Customer Service

• Help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Complete enrollments and assist with Omni channel processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Operational Tasks

• Unload and load trucks.
• Stock merchandise.
• Perform planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain store recovery standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Bend, lift, carry, reach, stretch.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.
