About the role
Midas Hospitality is seeking a PM Bistro attendant for the Courtyard hotel located in St. Peters, MO.
Responsibilities
- Reviews menu and forecasting sheets to estimate food requirements and procure food from storage.
- Keeps the cooks line well-stocked with food, plates, and utensils.
- Neatly arranges all foods on plates.
- Ensures proper sanitation procedures are being observed at all times.
- Takes orders from customers.
- Cooks & serves food ordered.
- Makes & serves specialty drinks, wine or beer.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Customer Service experience.
- Experience as a cook in a hotel setting is preferred.
