Parts Warehouse Specialist, Ag

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Must be able to work Saturdays on a rotation schedule and extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving parts
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating a forklift
• Tracking inventory storage
• Order picking activities: pick parts orders and stock new inventory for the Parts Department
• Assembling hydraulic hoses
• General housekeeping of the warehouse
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• Computer literate (required)
• Familiarity with programs such as UPS Worldship for shipping & receiving, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook (preferred but not required)
• Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment when entering the shop or warehouse
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Self-starter, team-oriented, and committed to detail
• Strong attendance record
• Forklift experience (required)
• Customer service-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, email, and verbal)
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years; Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate)

Pay

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment
• Continuous walking, bending, and lifting up to 75-100 lbs
• Required to wear appropriate safety equipment (e.g., safety glasses or side shields) when needed
• Moderate to high noise level
• Intermittent sitting at a desk to answer telephone, write, or use a keyboard for email communication
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours as needed
• Occasional local travel may be required
