Parts Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving

About the role

This position handles shipping, receiving, and parts inventory duties, including loading/unloading trucks, checking in parts, maintaining bin locations, cycle counts, deliveries/pickups, managing returns, and supporting overall parts department operations.

Responsibilities

• Help load and unload truck deliveries
• Check in and put away parts orders
• Maintain proper bin locations for all parts
• Keep the warehouse neat, tidy and organized
• Complete cycle counts on a regular basis as scheduled by Parts Manager
• Delivery, pickup and handling of miscellaneous vehicle parts to/from various surrounding areas
• Manage vendor returns, warranty returns, and core inventory regularly
• Assist in all aspects of parts department operations as requested

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Minimum age 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle large items with limited assistance
• Offers of employment contingent upon passing a background screening (criminal background check, motor vehicle record review, SSN verification)

Skills

• Ability to secure parts in a timely manner
• Work under time deadlines while maintaining a friendly attitude
• Previous parts or delivery experience preferred
• Dealership experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Multitasking ability

Pay

$16.20 per hour

Schedule

Must be willing to work Saturdays
