Parts Warehouse

Ascendum Machinery, a leading Volvo Construction Equipment dealer, is seeking a Parts Warehouse Representative for our Garner, NC (Raleigh Metro) branch. This role is ideal for someone with parts warehouse and/or parts counter experience who is ready to grow their professional career in the heavy equipment industry. This position is classified as non-exempt under the FLSA.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support parts orders for service technicians.
• Pull parts orders accurately and timely.
• Receive parts into inventory and stock them.
• Maintain inventory controls according to company procedures.
• Ensure the work area is clean and safely maintained.
• Operate a forklift in compliance with warehouse safety requirements.
• Expedite orders to meet customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in a warehouse setting.
• At least a two-year degree or high school diploma.
• Foundation in heavy equipment, equipment components, or mechanical parts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of manufacturers' parts ordering procedures.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety requirements, including forklift operation.
• Ability to expedite orders to meet customer needs.
