About the role

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Parts Support professional where you’ll assist in customer service and efficient operations. We’re seeking a dedicated individual to provide a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment that values professionalism and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to customers and technicians by handling inquiries and orders with professionalism and timely delivery services.
• Support parts receiving, stocking, and inventory control, including cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Perform various duties around the facility and department to ensure a professional and welcoming environment, including basic cleaning, inventory counts, and organization.

Requirements

• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
